Back&Forward Records will only refund an order once we receive the item, in good conditions, with no damages of any kind, and within 30 days from order date. Refund request will be handled via email, maintaining a high level of communication and transparency, for the convenience of both parts. 

If you would like to start a request, please send an email to contact@backforwardrecords.com with the following information:

• Full name
• Order number (#)
• Order date and amount
• Reason for return

We will do our best to reply asap. A shipping label will be provided via email, and customer needs to pay shipping cost (usually less than $10) and proceed returning item. Back&Forward Records will make sure to find the easiest and cheapest way to return the package, and instructions will be included via email.
